Server issues can be be extremely frustrating at times. Here a few quick things you can try to resolve the issue quickly yourself.

Restarting the server

The good old turn it off then back on again never fails! There is a restart button on the dashboard you can click to restart the server. A more detailed guide can be found here

Server stuck provisioning

A server stuck in provisioning can occur for many reasons. We strive to have this happen as little as possible. If your server is stuck provisioning for more than 10 minutes contact us using one of the methods found here.
